Clients may cancel or reschedule a session for no additional cost by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior written notice (“Notice to Reschedule”). Rescheduling is subject to availability and discretion. In the event that Clients do not provide a Notice to Reschedule, Clients will forego the session and amounts paid towards it.
